Data Deletion

Users may disconnect an authorized platform account and may request deletion of eligible Auto Publisher account-connection, support, and publishing records.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Step 1

Stop future platform access.

Disconnect the account in Auto Publisher using the account controls. You may also revoke Auto Publisher from the connected apps or authorization settings provided by TikTok or Google.

Revocation and deletion are different. Revoking authorization stops future API access. It does not necessarily remove prior publishing history or support records held by Auto Publisher.

Step 2

Send a deletion request.

Email support@myjerseygo.com with the subject “Auto Publisher Data Deletion Request.”

  1. Identify the connected platform, such as TikTok or YouTube.
  2. Provide the connected account display name or other non-secret identifier needed to locate the connection.
  3. Do not send passwords, verification codes, OAuth tokens, cookies, client secrets, or other credentials.
  4. Complete reasonable account-control verification if needed to protect the account from an unauthorized deletion request.

What happens next

We process verified requests according to our Privacy Policy.

1

Locate eligible records

We identify data within the request scope, which may include account connection records, OAuth authorization data, publishing records, and support information.

2

Delete or de-identify

After reasonable verification, eligible data is deleted or de-identified unless a limited retention obligation applies for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

3

Protected backups expire

Where backup copies exist, they remain protected and inaccessible for ordinary use until overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
